Turbocharger (TC), Replacing: Installing: Finishing

Install:

the screws for the oil return line. Use a new gasket
lower coolant pipe. Use new gaskets. Tighten to 26 Nm
the pipe screw for the pressure oil outlet on the engine. use new gaskets. Tighten to 38 Nm
the clamps between the oil pressure pipe / coolant pipe and the intake pipe for the water pump.

Install:

the vacuum hose on the pressure regulator (turbocharger (TC) 1)
the clamp for the vacuum pipe (turbocharger (TC) 1).

Tighten:

the three-way catalytic converters (TWC) in the turbocharger (TC). Use new nuts. Tighten to 24 Nm
the pipe screw for the oil pressure pipe. Tighten to 18 Nm
the upper heated oxygen sensors (HO2S). Lubricate the threads using copper paste 116 1408 . Tighten to 45 Nm .

Install the heat deflector plates.

Install the upper coolant pipes. use new gaskets. Tighten the pipe screw. Tighten to 26 Nm .
