Installing The Throttle Body (TB)

Install

a new throttle body (TB) with a new gasket . Tighten to 10 Nm
Connect the throttle body (TB) connector
the tie strap at the connector
the pipe between the throttle body (TB) and the charge air cooler (CAC)
the intake manifold between the front cover plate and the air cleaner (ACL) housing
the battery negative lead. Battery, disconnecting .

NOTE:

After replacing the throttle unit, the throttle unit must be adapted using the vehicle communication input: "Adaptation of the electronic throttle unit".

Remedy as necessary.
