Removing bracket and cross member

Remove the seat from the car. See Removing power seats, tilting .

Remove the multi-connector. See Removing multi-connector .

Remove the control module. See Power seat module (PSM), replacing .

Cut the tie strap.

Remove one screw from the seat heater control module.

Disconnect the wiring.

NOTE:

Check that the wiring is correctly routed.

Remove the bracket and cross member carefully. The mounting points are easily broken.
