Removing seat rail

Remove:

the front seat according to Lifting front seats in and out .
the seat belt buckle according to Seat belt buckle .

the connectors and wiring from the cross stay.

the outer nut.

Pull straight out.

Angle the rail and the seat base so that they come apart.
