Conditions For Activating The Subscription

In order for the customer, s private subscription to be activated, the ESN (Electrical Serial Number) for the new phone module (PHM) must be connected to the customer, s telephone number.
This is carried out as follows
- the customer, s telephone is programmed in the new phone module (PHM)
- the customer contacts the operator to activate the subscription for the new phone module (PHM)
During this call, the customer must specify the ESN for the new phone module (PHM). Read off and note this on behalf of the customer when programming the telephone number.
