Crimp tool

There are 5 crimp tools in the repair kit.

Additional crimp tools may be added subsequently to the kit.

Crimper head

Crimp tools have different crimper heads fitted. The tool part number (1) is stamped on upper edge of the crimper head.

Color coded grip

The plastic covering on the grip (2) is color-coded as below.

The crimp tools are intended for the following cable terminals:

Crimp tool (black), p/n 9814223

For type M6 Ring, 2.8 Tab, 6.3 Timer, 6.3 Receptacle terminal and 6.3 Tab cable terminals.

Crimp tool (red), p/n 9814224

For type 2.8 Timer SWS (Single Wire Seal), 2.8 Tab SWS and 2.8 Tab steel SWS cable terminals.

Crimp tool (yellow), p/n 9814225

For type 2.8 Tab cable terminals.

Crimp tool (green), p/n 9814226

For type 1.6 Plug and 1.6 Pin cable terminals.

Crimp tool (blue), p/n 9814227

For type 3.5 Plug and 3.5 Pin cable terminals.
