Checking the connector

• Ignition off
• Check the pressure sensor connector. Check for contact resistance and oxidation. See Contact resistance and oxidation .
  • Ignition on
  • Read off the pressure in the pressure sensor
  • Start the engine. Depress and release the accelerator pedal (AP). Check that the voltage of the pressure sensor changes.

Does the pressure change by more than 0.1 Volt? 

• YES 

  OKAY:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO
