LPG Safety

Information LPG = Liquefied Petroleum Gas 

The combustion point of LPG in air at 20°C is between 1 volume % and 15 volume %. The density of the fuel in proportion to air is 1.8. This means that the LPG which escapes into the air sinks. There is a risk of explosions if LPG leaks out. Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is stored in the car as a liquid.

Sulphur has been added to the Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) so that it smells.
