Installing The Battery

Transfer the terminal cover to the new battery.

Install: 

• the battery
• the screw and the bracket, tighten to 25 Nm 
• the battery cables on the battery terminals, tighten to 2.5 Nm 
• the draining hose on the battery end plate
• the terminal cover (3).

Install: 

• the mounting
• the nut (1) which attaches the mounting to the floor and tighten the nut holding the mounting to the rear crossmember
• the floor hatch.
