Removing the Front Bumper

Remove the left and the right trim strip.

Remove: 

• the 2 screws. Use a 13 mm long socket
• the 6 clips, on the upper side of the casing
• the 2 clips on the underneath of the bumper (5).

Slacken off the 1 screw (2) leaving it held in place by 3 threads.

Press in the screw so that the screw head bottoms out and the slide mounting releases.

Separate the connector for the fog lamp.

Repeat on the other side.

Pull the bumper forward while pulling both the sides outwards so that the edges release from the slide mounting.

HINT: This operation is easier with two people.
