The hinge is secured by 2 screws in the tailgate and 3 screws in the bodywork.

A gas strut on either side opens the tailgate.

Remove: 

• the cable duct
• the clips for the gas strut
• the gas strut
• the screws.

Install: 

In reverse order.

If a new tailgate is being used: Transfer the rubber stops.
