Remove: 

• the outer handle, see Handle, Outer, Front, Side Door (Non Deadlock), Replacing  if the car is not equipped with deadlocks or see Handle, Outer, Front, Side Door (Deadlock), Replacing  if the car is equipped with deadlocks.
