Checking the Component

Check the cable between display screen terminal #J4 and road traffic information (RTI) control module terminal #C4. Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage. Check for a short-circuit to ground. Check for an open-circuit.

Check the cable between display screen terminal #J10 and road traffic information (RTI) control module terminal #C10. Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage. Check for a short-circuit to ground. Check for an open-circuit.

Check the cable between display screen terminal #J7 and road traffic information (RTI) control module terminal #C7. Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage. Check for a short-circuit to ground. Check for an open-circuit.

Remedy as necessary.
