Checking the CD/MD player: Overview

HINT: Check that the volume is not turned down. Check other sound sources, for example whether the radio is working. 

Check that there is no condensation on the disc.

Check that the disc is inserted correctly.

Test with a new disc.

Check that there is nothing in front of the opening to the CD/MD player.

Check that there is nothing in the CD/MD compartment.

If the CD/MD player is not working replace the CD/MD player.

Do the necessary corrective action.
