• The customer states that it is only possible to dial the 9 first items in the telephone book.
• The customer wants to add language choices Russian or Portuguese in handsfree system with bluetooth (accessory).
• The customer wants to transfer new contacts from his/her mobile telephone to the phone book in the handsfree system with bluetooth (accessory).

Before taking any actions, check if it is possible to update the software in the handsfree system with bluetooth (accessory) by following the instructions according to TIE TJ 19168.
