Activation procedure when extending the subscription

Enter the new activation code according to the following or inform the customer that the following steps must be taken to extend the subscription. Notify the customer that the new activation code must be entered before the current subscription period ends. Otherwise the subscription will end and the Volvo On Call Plus services will not be available. If this happens, "Volvo On Call Plus Deactivated" will be displayed in the driver information module (DIM). If this should happen, follow the instructions for Activation procedure for Volvo On Call Plus .

Entering a new activation code before the subscription has ended: 

1. Key position 1
2. Phone module (PHM) on (the green LED must be on). Press the ON button to activate
3. Press the YES button to activate the carphone menu selection
4. Press the right key (») seven times. The "On Call Plus" menu will be displayed in the driver information module (DIM) display.
5. Press the YES button
6. Press the right key (») four times. "ActivatnCode" is now shown in the display.
7. Press the YES button
8. Enter the new activation code
9. Press the YES button
10. The Volvo On Call Plus subscription has now been extended to the expiry date paid for by the customer.
