Deactivation procedure

Deactivate Volvo On Call Plus as follows:

  1. Key position I
  2. Phone module (PHM) on (the green LED must be on). Press the ON button to activate
  3. Press the YES button to activate the carphone menu selection
  4. Press the right key (») seven times. The "On Call Plus" menu will be displayed in the driver information module (DIM) display.
  5. Press the YES button
  6. Press the right button (») four times. "ActivatnCode" is displayed
  7. Press the YES button
  8. Enter the received code.
  9. Press the YES button
  10. The Volvo On Call Plus subscription has now been cancelled
  11. Press the ON CALL button to test that Volvo On Call Plus has been deactivated. After deactivation, "On Call Plus Deactivated" should be displayed when starting the car.
