Deactivating Volvo on Call Plus

Deactivation is carried out when a customer no longer wishes to keep their subscription to Volvo On Call but wants to retain carphone functionality.

Cancellation data is entered into the database at the VOCP Service Center for Volvo On Call Plus via the web.
