Activating Volvo On Call Plus

The following procedure applies when activating a new subscription.

1. Before activation can occur, the customer contract must have been filled in and the customer data must have been entered in the VOCP Service Center's database (via WEB).

   The contract is at the dealer and can be ordered from Volvo Cars North America. To enter customer data into the VOCP database at the Service Centre, you must be logged in with administrator privileges

2. To activate the system. See Activation procedure for Volvo On Call Plus 
3. Ensure that the customer presses the ON CALL button to make the second call to the VOCP Service Centre. The VOCP Service Centre confirms to the customer that the subscription is active and asks for a personal password.
