Installing the center console keypad

• Remove the five screws. Remove the old aluminum bracket.
• Install the new aluminum bracket (1). Screw into place using the five screws (2).
• Press the keypad (3) onto the frame. Ensure that the keypad locks securely in both the radio and the frame

Connect: 

• the green connector (1) in the new cable harness for the radio.
• the green connector (2), disconnected from the radio, to the green connector (3) in the new cable harness.
• the connectors (4.5) in the new cable harness to the keypad (6).
• the other wiring disconnected from the radio.

• Insert the aluminum frame with the radio and keypad (1) almost all the way into the center console. Angle and lift up the frame so that the upper guide is in the correct position. Insert the lower section of the frame so that it rests in the fixed position. Tighten using the screws (2).
• Connect the dashboard environment panel connectors.
• Install the dashboard environment panel (3). Angle and lift up the panel so that the upper guide is in the correct position. Then insert the lower section of the panel so that it rests in the fixed position.
• Screw the dashboard environment panel into place using screw (4). Tighten to 3 Nm (2.3 lbf ft)  .
• Press the gear selector lever panel into place.
• Reinstall the panel in front of the gear selector lever.
