Checking the wiring and component

Check the cable between carphone handset D4 (terminal #35) and carphone module A12 (terminal #12). Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage, intermittent faults .

Try replacing the carphone handset if no fault is found in the wiring.

Remedy as necessary.

If the fault is intermittent, do not verify fault-tracing if the fault does not recur.

It is possible to view the information again, or leave fault-tracing for this diagnostic trouble code (DTC).
