Checking the wiring and component
Check the cable between the window antenna amplifier (thin pin) and head unit / audio control module terminal #A9 for an open-circuit according to Open circuit, permanent faults .
Check the wiring between the window antenna amplifier (center pin on the coaxial cable) and terminal #HC1 (center pin).
Remedy as necessary.
If no fault is found, replace the antenna amplifier.
