Side windows, rear, removing

Detach the C-post panel. See Panel, C-post, replacing .

Detach the D-post panel. See Panel, D-post, replacing .

Cut out the window.

NOTE:

Use soap solution. This will facilitate cutting.

Disconnect the connectors for:

(1) = PUR bead.

(2) = Windshield knife

(3) = Locating pin.

Cut along the marked edge.

Use a long blade against the C-post.

Otherwise use a short blade.

Be careful around the locating pin. Do not damage the paint work.

If the window is to be reused: Remove the PUR bead with a chisel.
