Checking the wiring

HINT: The carphone module is connected to the GPS antenna via a connector in the right-hand A-post.

• Ignition off

  Check the antenna cable between the carphone module connector G (gray) and connector E (terminal 1) in the right-hand A post. Check for a short-circuit to supply according to Short-circuit to supply voltage, intermittent faults .

  Try replacing the antenna if no fault is found in the antenna cable.

  Remedy as necessary.

  If the fault is intermittent, do not verify fault-tracing if the fault does not recur.

  It is possible to view the information again, or leave fault-tracing for this diagnostic trouble code (DTC).
