Removal - Rear Seal

  1. Remove the air cleaner cover. Remove the air hose from the air cleaner to the turbocharger. Place to one side. Seal the hose.
  2. Place the air cleaner cover to one side. Remove the charge air pipe over the engine. Seal the openings.
  3. Remove ignition coil cover. Remove upper torque rod bracket.
  4. Remove camshaft position sensor housing and trigger wheel.
  5. Remove rear camshaft seal with Extractor (999 5919). See Fig 1.
