Crankcase Flame Trap & Seals: Removal

  1. Remove intake manifold. See INTAKE MANIFOLD .
  2. Remove the hose from the flame trap. Remove the intake manifold bracket.
  3. Remove the two screws for the flame trap. Remove the oil trap. Check that the flame trap seal surfaces are clean.
