Crankcase Flame Trap & Seals: Installation

  1. Connect the two flame trap hoses to the cylinder block connecting sleeves.
  2. Install a new hose clamp for the upper hose. Tighten the lower clamp.
  3. Install and tighten the screws to 15 ft. lbs. (20 N.m).
  4. Install the intake manifold bracket loosely with the lower screw. Install the intake manifold.
