Parking Brake Lever

NOTE: Adjusting parking brake shoes before parking brake lever.
  1. Remove the square cover plate under the center console armrest to access the parking brake lever adjustment screw. See Fig 1.
  2. Turn the adjuster screw so that full braking effect is achieved between the second and the eighth notch. See Fig 2.
  3. Check that the wheel turns freely after adjustment when parking brake is off.
