Replacing hood release cable

Remove hood release cable from the release handle.

Cut the existing hood release cable

Tie the new hood release cable to the old one and pull it through the firewall into the engine compartment.

Connect the hood release cable to the hood catch and release handle.

Adjust according to Adjusting hood release cable
