System Test
The system test with the VIDA PC may take up to approximately 6 minutes at the most.

| CD unit, connection status | Test that the CD-ROM player is correctly connected. Connected = The CD-ROM player is correctly connected. Not connected = The CD-ROM player is not correctly connected. |
| CD unit, status | Test that the CD-ROM player is in the eject position (no CD-ROM disc installed). Disc not installed = Eject position (no disc inserted). Disc installed = In position (disc inserted). If the CD-ROM player is not correctly connected (see above) this parameter does not display the correct status. |
| CD unit, disc status | Tests the CD-ROM disc type. YES= The CD-ROM disc is inserted. CD-ROM disc inserted = The CD-ROM disc is inserted. Incorrect disc type = Incorrect CD-ROM disc type. If the CD-ROM player is not correctly connected (see above) this parameter does not display the correct status. |

| Navigation unit, function | Testing the control module memory circuits. OK= Memory circuits OK NOT OK = Memory circuits faulty |
| TMC receiver | Testing the TMC receiver. OK = TMC receiver OK. NOT OK = Fault with the TMC receiver or the car is not equipped with a TMC receiver, it has an FM receiver. |
| FM receiver | Testing the FM receiver OK= FM receiver OK. NOT OK= FM receiver not OK. |
