Checking connectors and cables

Check the CD-ROM player connector for contact resistance and oxidation according to Contact resistance and oxidation .

Check the cable between the CD-ROM player terminal 16 and fuse 15, and the cable between CD-ROM player terminal 7 and fuse 30 for an open-circuit according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .

Remedy as necessary.
