• No diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored.
• Starter motor is working.
• Timing belt intact.
• The fault is permanent.

Possible Source 

• Open-circuit in fuel pump (FP) ground lead or power cable.
• Contact resistance in terminals and ground terminals.
• Defective fuel pump.
