Replacing the headlamp wiper arm: Installation

Install:

Adjust the position of the wiper arm as illustrated.

NOTE:

Adjust the headlamp wipers as illustrated A and B so that the wiper blade is approximately 5 mm above the stop after the nut has been tightened.

HINT: When tightening, counterhold the wiper arm using your hand so that the distance between the stop and the wiper blade remains at 5 mm.

Tighten the nut. Tighten to 4 Nm .

Check the function of the headlamp wipers. Check that wiper arms park horizontally.
