Checking the control unit

• Ignition on.
• Use the System test functions to test the control unit's internal circuits (GPS). The test can take up to approximately 40 seconds. For more information about System test, see System Test .

  Check that the control unit is OK.

  If the control unit is working, OK is displayed.

Is the control unit OK? 

• YES 

  Refer to Intermittent fault 

• NO 

  Refer to Replacing control unit
