C70, S70 & V70 (Tachometer Does Not Operate)

Check for short circuit to ground in White/Black wire between 30-pin connector terminal A11 and Motronic ECU connector "B" terminal B21. If wiring is okay, replace instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
