C70, S70 & V70 (Tachometer Shows Incorrect Value)

Check ground circuit wiring between instrument cluster connector 30-pin connector terminal A15 (Brown wire) and ground. If ground circuit is okay, replace instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
