Ignition Switch & Steering Lock: Installation

1. Insert key and turn to "II" position. Depress locking tab and insert ignition assembly into steering column housing. Make sure lock assembly bottoms properly into column housing.
2. Tighten retaining bolt. Check for proper operation. Connect electrical connectors. Install ignition switch cover. Install turn signal and wiper switch. Replace steering column covers.
3. Replace steering wheel. Refer to HORN PAD & STEERING WHEEL  in this article. Replace battery ground cable.
