2.1L Turbo, 2.3L & 2.3L Turbo: Valves: Notes

NOTE: The exhaust valves on turbocharged engines are stellite- coated and must not be machined. They may be ground on the seat. Use extreme care when disposing of damaged or worn sodium-filled exhaust valves. If the sodium contained in the valve comes into contact with water, a violent reaction will occur.
