Coil Spring: Removal
- Raise vehicle and support with safety stands. Remove wheel assembly. Place floor jack under rear axle housing and raise axle until spring compresses. Using spring compressor (5040), compress spring until shock absorber can be detached.
- Disconnect lower end of shock absorber. Remove spring lower retaining nut. Lower floor jack and remove coil spring.
