Pressure Gauge Installation
- Before any pressure tests can be completed, it is necessary to install and bleed air from Saab Pressure Gauge (8392516); Pressure Gauge (999 5011) for Volvo.
- Disconnect control pressure line (top center) from fuel distributor and connect pressure gauge between fuel distributor and fuel line to control pressure regulator. See Fig 1. Before testing fuel pressure, bleed pressure gauge.
NOTE: Valves from the same manufacturer may appear the same, but may vary in interior design. When checking rest or control pressures, be sure valve on tester is OPEN. When checking system (line) pressure, be sure valve is CLOSED.
