1. Control Unit for Active Oil Separation -J1240-
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to OIL SEPARATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Replace if damaged
2. Bolt
   • Permanent
   • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
3. Seal
   • Replace after removing
4. Hose
   • To air filter housing
   • Replace if damaged
5. Bleeder Line
6. Hose
   • Replace if damaged
7. Bolt
   • Permanent
   • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 3.
8. Seal
   • For the cap
9. Foam Insulation
10. Cap
11. Bleeder Line
    • From the Turbocharger
12. Seal
    • Replace if damaged
13. Upper Oil Separator
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to OIL SEPARATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • Replace if damaged
14. Seal
    • Replace after removing

-- Tighten the bolts to 8 Nm in the sequence -1 to 8-.

Upper Oil Separator - Tightening Specification and Sequence:
