Air Duct Pipe Between Charge Air Cooler And Intake Manifold, Removing And Installing: Removing
-- Remove the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the hose -b- out of the retainer on the air duct pipe -2-.
-- Release and disconnect the connectors, to do so loosen the tab -a- from the connector -1-.
The Intake Manifold Sensor -GX9- -2- must not be removed.
-- Remove the bolts -c- between the retainer -3- and the Throttle Valve Control Module -GX3-.
-- Remove the bolt -d- for the coolant pipe -5-. Unclip the coolant pipe -5- from the points -arrows- out of the intake manifold -4-.
-- Release the breather line -2- on the air duct pipe -1- and remove.
-- Unclip the breather line from the intake manifold -6-.
-- Remove the Activated Charcoal Filter Air Flushing Pressure Sensor -GX44- -2- from the intake manifold -6-.
-- Unclip the right front breather line -5- from the in the front -6- -arrow-.
-- Remove the EVAP Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 -N80- -4- from the intake manifold.
-- Lift the retaining bracket -b- from the tip -arrow-. Remove the retaining bracket out of the groove on the air duct pipe -2-.
-- Pull the air duct pipe -2- out of the Throttle Valve Control Module -GX3- and the intake manifold -4- in the direction of -arrow-.
