-- Remove the cover and cushion from the rear seat backrest. Refer to COVER AND CUSHION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, REAR SEAT BACKREST .

-- Remove the backrest cover -2- as far as possible from the backrest cushion -3-.

-- Cut through the upholstery clips -1- using cutting pliers.
