Heater And A/C Unit Refrigerant Shut-Off Valve -N541-, Removing And Installing, LHD: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Make sure that the refrigerant lines -1- are routed without any tension.

-- When tightening the union nuts, make sure that the refrigerant lines -1- are not tensioned.

-- Install the union nuts -2- all the way by hand.

-- Tighten the union nuts -2- while counterholding at the Heater and A/C Unit Refrigerant Shut-Off Valve -N541- -3-.

-- Connect the connector -4-.

-- Refer to the appropriate Service Information .
