-- Remove the carpet. Refer to CARPET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

CAUTION:

Risk of damaging the airbag control module. If moisture enters the connectors, they will corrode.

- After disconnecting, cover or seal the control module connectors to prevent moisture from entering.

-- Place the cleaning cloth under the connections of the condensation water drain -1- to catch escaping condensation water.

-- Carefully remove the condensation water drain -2- from the heater and A/C unit connection -1-.

-- Remove the condensation water drain -2- from the body opening -3-.
