Air Shroud, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

CAUTION:

Water ingress to the heater and A/C unit and the vehicle interior due to damaged lines.

- Make sure the seals are installed correctly.

- Check the seals for damages.

-- Check the seal -9- for damage.

-- Tighten the nuts in tightening sequence -1- through -7-.

-- Tighten the bolts in tightening sequence -1- through -3-.

-- Guide the high-voltage cable -7- through the opening of the air shroud -4-, mind the correct routing.

-- Clip in the retainers -6- of the grommet -5-.
