Front Display And Control Head, Removing And Installing: Removing

NOTE:
The image shows a vehicle with Climatronic. Removing and installing on vehicles with an electric-manual climate control system is identical.
-- Remove the display control head trim. Refer to DISPLAY CONTROL HEAD TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Push the display and control head in the direction of the instrument panel to release the expanding rivets.
-- Remove the expanding rivets -2- in the -direction of the arrow A-.
-- Remove the display and control head -1- in the -direction of the arrow B-.
