Bench Seat Rear Seat Backrest Locking Mechanism, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.

NOTE:

Use the Pop Rivet Pliers:V.A.G 1753B  to secure the release lever -1- on the backrest frame.

-- Secure the release cable -2- from the backrest frame -3-.

-- Adjustment of the cable length using the clamps -7-.

-- Check the function and locking mechanism.

-- After the release cable adjustment, secure the clamp -7- using the sleeve -6-.
