Backrest Adjustment Handle, Removing And Installing: Removing

NOTE:
The locking mechanism is shown removed for clarity.
-- Pull the backrest adjuster handle -1- upward -direction of the arrow A-.
-- Press in the retaining tab -2- with a suitable flat-head screwdriver -arrow C-.
-- Pull off the backrest adjuster handle -1- from the adjusting lever -direction of the arrow B-.
NOTE:
Check the locking mechanism on the backrest adjustment handle.
If the locking mechanism on the backrest adjustment handle is damaged when removed, they must be replaced.
