Bracket On Gear Shift Mechanism And Securing Bracket, Removing And Installing

Bracket on Gear Shift Mechanism, Removing

-- Remove the center console. Refer to CENTER CONSOLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the three bolts -1-.

-- Lift the bracket on the gear shift mechanism -1- in the rear area and carefully remove over the selector lever or gearshift lever.

Bracket on Gear Shift Mechanism, Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.

Securing bracket, removing

NOTE:

The removal and installation for the front bracket on the driver side is described. The removal and installation for the front passenger side is similar.

-- Remove the center console. Refer to CENTER CONSOLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the securing bracket -1- on the left side from the mount -arrow A-.

-- Push the securing bracket -1- to the right -arrow B- and remove.

Securing bracket, installing

Install in reverse order of removal.

Tightening Specifications

Refer to OVERVIEW - CENTER CONSOLE
